4. Visa Processing Time 

• Express visa applications are typically processed within 24 working hours. 

• If your express visa is not approved within this time, you may request a refund of the express service charge. 

• Visa processing timelines are based on standard schedules issued by UAE Immigration and may be extended in rare cases. 

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST)

Weekends (non-working days): Saturday & Sunday

Applications submitted after working hours or on weekends are processed on the next working day. 

5. Travel Disruptions 

Onlinedubaivisa is not liable for any travel disputes, whether it's related to flight cancellations, delays, or accommodation issues. 

6. Privacy Policy 

Onlinedubaivisa collects and uses personal data (such as your name, email, phone number, passport details, nationality, and photograph) solely for visa processing and related communication. 

• All information is treated as strictly confidential. 

• Credit card details are not stored on our servers. 

• We do not sell, trade, or share personal information with third parties.

7. Pricing and Payment Policy 

• All the payments highlighted on the Onlinedubaivisa are subject to changes that occur before order confirmation. 

• Once you have done the submission, prices may change depending on the updates to government fees, currency exchange rates, or any immediate administrative costs. 

• All payments are processed with full security, and you can make the payment by using a Visa, MasterCard, or any other payment option available. 

• The payments must be authorised by the users' issuing bank. If the payments get cancelled, the service can get delayed. 

8. Refund Policy 

• Visa approvals are at the sole discretion of UAE Immigration. 

• In case of rejection, visa fees are non-refundable. 

• If incorrect documents or application errors are submitted by the user, a processing and typing fee of USD 73 will be deducted from the refund. 

9. Refund for Urgent Visa Applications 

If your urgent visa application is not processed within 24 working hours, you may request a refund of the urgent service fee (USD 50). 

• The standard visa application fee is non-refundable. 

• Refund requests must be made through our support team with your application reference number.
